Generally Win key is replaced with Cmd key in shortcuts. If you have a Win keyboard then the Win key is equal to Cmd (⌘) key, and rest are the same. Only third-party apps, and basic shortcuts like cut, copy, paste are similar. Head back to Control Center > Stage Manager > toggle off or the Menu Bar button > toggle off to stop using it or you can choose to hide recent apps.The shortcuts are different for the OSs. Now you can more quickly toggle Stage Manager on and off.

You can also head to System Settings > Control Center > Stage Manager and set it to Show in the Menu Bar.
